Diablo IV's Server Slam beta is originating soon, which led fans to wonder how mounts will operate in the game. In a recent tweet, Diablo's community development director Adam Fletcher explained that mounts are going to be shared between all characters that the player creates on the profile, among other details.
In the above-mentioned tweet, Fletcher notes that mounts are unlocked by progressing in the primary story of Diablo IV. From there, mounts could be customized with armor and trophies that players earn by taking part in certain events and completing quests. Blizzard's wording within the original version of the post managed to get sound like you might want to complete the whole campaign to obtain a mount, but this is not the case.
Fletcher says those who participate in the Server Slam beta have a chance to generate the Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy. These trophies transform the appearance of your mount, there are a large number of them to unlock hanging around.
Diablo IV's community team has clarified lots of aspects of the game in recent days in front of May's Server Slam. We learned that the sport will not have a roadmap overlay so that they can help players navigate the planet in a more organic way.
