  Murkwater Cave – in the stream north of Agheel Lake, close to the invading hostile NPC.

  Dissenter’s Cave – close to the beach southwest of Limgrave

  Gatefront Ruins – just beyond Stormgate, there's a staircase in the middle of the ruined temple.

  Post-Town Remains – within the small ruined settlement east of Limgrave lake, you should utilize the horse’s double jump to conquer the fortifications to go into the dungeon.

  Death touched Catacombs – far north of the region close to the Saintsbridge Site of Grace.

  Highroad Cave – on the side of the cliff north of the Saintsbridge Site of Grace.

  Forlorn Hound Evergaol – locate a circular arena guarded by rock worms west from the bridge leading towards the Weeping Peninsula

  Tombsward Cave – within the cave towards the southeast of the Fourth Church of Marika.

  Weeping Evergaol – east from the Fourth Church of Marika.

  Liurnia from the Lakes

  Stillwater Cave – in the southern part of the lake close to the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace.

  Cliffbottom Catacombs – north of Liurnia Highway South Site of Grace.

  Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel – around the cliffside close to the northeast side of the big lake. The nearest Site of Grace is Gate Town North.

  Academy Crystal Cave – near the area south of the Crystalline Woods Site of Grace.

  Black Knife Catacombs – in the path east from the Ruined Labyrinth Site of Grace, beyond the eastern Minor Erdtree.

  Road’s End Catacombs – within the cave towards the west from the western Minor Erdtree.

  Lakeside Crystal Cave – west in the Laskyar Ruins Site of Grace for the southern part of Liguria lake.

  Ruin-Strewn Precipice – in the side from the cliff at the end of the valley within the far north of the lake. Head northeast from Sorcerer’s Isle Site of Grace until you get to the Ravine-veiled Village Site of Grace.

  Malefactor’s Evergaol – in the western cliff near Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace

  Ringleader’s Evergaol – after reaching the Moonlight Altar Site of Grace late in the game, head northwest until you get to the stone circle close to the cliff edge.

  Cuckoo’s Evergaol – north of the Revenger’s Shack Site of Grace, which is north of the western Minor Erdtree.

  Royal Grave Evergaol – southeast from Behind Caria Manor Site of Grace, close to the stone circle guarded by rock worms.

  Altus Plateau

  Unsightly Catacombs – beneath the Perfumers Ruins within the southwest a part of Altus Plateau close to the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace. Requires a Stonesword Key.

  Lux Ruins – within the ruins towards the northwest from the Altus Plateau Site of Grace close to the Grand Lift of Dectus.

  Old Altus Tunnel – Drop into the valley towards the east from the Erdtree-Grazing Hill Site of Grace and stick to the left side from the cliff face before you find the doorway. Requires two Stonesword Keys.

  Perfumer’s Grotto – South from the Rampartsiude Path Site of Grace.

  Altus Tunnel – south from the Minor Erdtree.

  Sage’s Cave – west of Wyndham Ruins beneath the cliff close to the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace.

  Wyndham Catacombs – at the surface of Wyndham Ruins, the entrance is south of the mountain trail resulting in Mt.Gelmir, nestled within the cliff. It’s close to the Seethewater Ruins Site of Grace.

  Golden Lineage Evergaol – east from the Grand Lift of Dectus.

  Mt. Gelmir

  Volcano Cave – far north of Mt. Gelmir, you can reach this dungeon by climbing rope ladders close to the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace. Follow the yellow war banners before you see a wooden bridge towards the west. Head north to discover the cave entrance.

  Seethewater Cave – close to the Minor Erdtree.

  Gelmir Hero’s Cave – head over the chasm and beyond the village north of Primeval Sorcerer Azur Site of Grace.

  Leyndell Royal Capital

  Sealed Tunnel – around the southern side of the lake right before the wall northeast from the Minor Erdtree Church Site of Grace.

  Azuria Side Tomb – stick to the path towards the southeast underneath the bridge leading into the main part from the Royal Capital. Turn left in the fork to locate this cave.

  Azuria Hero’s Grave – stick to the path towards the southeast underneath the bridge leading into the main part from the Royal Capital. Turn right in the fork to look for a crypt.

  Caelid

  Minor Erdtree Catacombs – close to the Minor Erdtree towards the west of the region.

  Gael Tunnel – close to the Fort Gael North Site of Grace.

  Gaol Cave – within the scarlet rot lake east of Fort Gael. Requires two Stonesword Keys to enter.

  Caelid Waypoint Ruins – northwest of the Caelid Highway South Site of Grace.

  Caelid Catacombs – southeast of the Cathedral of Dragon Communion, which is south of the road leading east in the Caelid Highway South Site of Grace.

  Sellia Crystal Tunnel – the simplest way to access this dungeon is as simple as opening the trapped chest within the Dragon-burnt Ruins in Limgrave.

  Sellia Hideaway – northeast from the Church of Plague Site of Grace beyond the ruined town of Sellia. Hit the wall behind the big headstone within the graveyard.

  War-Dead Catacombs – once you defeat General Radahn, head towards the north of the arena to discover the entrance.

  Abandoned Cave – in the Smouldering Wall Site of Grace, cross the canyon while using a tree towards the east to achieve Dragonbarrow which cave.

  Mountaintop from the Giants

  Giant’s Mountaintop Catacombs – head north in the Zamor Ruins until you get to the fire monks guarding the bridge. The dungeon entrance is southeast on the slope.

  Spiritcaller’s Cave – around the western side of the frozen lake towards the northeast of the region. Requires two Stonesword Keys to spread out.

  Giant-Conquering Hero’s Cave – from Giant’s Gravepost Site of Grace, head west across the cliff edge and cross the ravine in the end.

  Lord Contender’s Evergaol – east of Whiteridge Road Site of Grace.

  Consecrated Snowfield

  Consecrated Snowfield Catacombs – southeast of Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace.

  The cave from the Forlorn – within the cave guarded by the giant octopus around the stream south from the Minor Erdtree.

  Yalough Anix Tunnel – within the icy tunnel near Yalough Anix Ruins, within the southwest of the region.

  Hidden Path towards the Haligtree – south from the Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace.

  Ordina, Lithurgical Town Evergaol – light the 4 candles around the statues around the town to spread out this Evergaol, northwest from the western Minor Erdtree in Consecrated Snowfield.
